It is with great sorrow that we share with you all the passing of Dave Margeson. Dave was a vendor of the Sparta Green Market from the very beginning. If you have been to the Green Market you have certainly met Dave. He was funny, kind, and caring. You may have bought some of his delicious blueberries, a White Co foraged natural curled walking stick, and certainly a bag of his famous black peanuts.

We extend our condolences to his family and he will certainly be missed in the coming 2026 Green Market season.

✨A Wild Thyme Homestead✨
You will find various sourdough breads and sweet treats here, along with pumpkins and gourds to decorate for this fall season!

✨The River Garden✨
If you would like to try your hand at growing different plants, this is the booth for you! They have fruit trees and bushes as well as disease-resistant apple and pear trees. You will also find fresh produce and goat milk products. They have a little bit of everything!

✨Farmer Dave✨
Here, you will find lots of fresh produce. Stop by and see what he has in season!
