We LOVE a good white w**e to go with our cheeses! We like it even more when it is on sale. Try this winner, a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Bordeaux region of France - Chateau de Cruzeau Pessac-Leognan Blanc 2020. This was an excellent vintage for the region, and it is showing off its very aromatic, balanced character. Lemony and refreshing, it will pair beautifully with Comté or Brie. New flavors in the case! Amarena Cherry, Pistacchio, Chocolate (with chocolate espresso candies), and Watermelon Sorbetto were all added over the weekend. Myzithra, one of Greece's oldest and favorite cheeses, has returned to Formaggi. This delivery of Kourella's has a new and wonderfully round shape to it. Dry and easy to grate with big flavors, perfect for pasta, savory pies, and salads. Larger, but all the more to enjoy!
