Hillis Custom Processing, LLC We are a family owned & operated custom slaughter house in Sparta, TN! We also raise and sell our own beef as wholes, halves, and quarters!

Along with our custom processing, we have a walk-in meat market where you can shop a wide variety of items! We are a locally, family owned Slaughter House doing business the way it should be done. We opened in 2016 serving you the same quality and customer service you received from Cope Custom Slaughter for over 30 years! Same location, new faces! We do custom live stock processing on beef and hog

s. We also have a meat market that sells USDA meats like steaks, hamburgers, our well-known famous bacon burgers, jumbo hotdogs, biscuits, frog legs, and other frozen foods. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, checks, and snap benefits.

In observance of Memorial Day, we will be closed on today, Monday the 25th, to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom!!

We are incredibly thankful for this holiday and what it represents. Today, we pause to reflect, remember, and give our deepest gratitude. ❤️💙
