M.F. Dulock, Pasture-Raised Meats Whole-animal butcher shop, exclusivley using New England raised animals. M.F. Dulock, Pasture-Raised Meats will be a true, whole-animal butcher shop.

Our mission is to offer honest meat, raised on small-scale New England ranches and farms. We will create a conduit that connects small-scale local farms with restaurants and consumers. Meat we sell will be offered with complete transparency - animal provenance and breed, farm, slaughter facility, transport, and storage information will be provided. This transparency system will help ensure that the meat you purchase from M.F. Dulock is of the highest quality.

We are adjusting our operating hours to better serve the needs of our customers and to protect the health of our employees.

Our shop will be open Thursday through Saturday until further notice. At this time we strongly encourage placing orders in advance of pick up. Orders can be placed by calling (617) 666-1970 or via email [email protected]

Our intention is to remain open so long as our staff and supply chain remain healthy.

Our company is growing and we are looking for new team members to help meet our customer's needs. While preference will be given to candidates with prior food experience, we do not require meat cutting experience for these positions. We have openings on our customer service and production teams.

We also encourage experienced candidates to apply for one of our management positions.
