Friends and neighbors, it is with heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of USFM tomorrow (9/26) due to the high winds and heavy rain associated with the upcoming Nor'Easter 🌧️

This decision was not made lightly. Safety is always our top priority and forecasts indicate that outdoor activity will be unsafe in tomorrow's conditions 💨

See you next Saturday, 10/3! 💙

A friendly reminder: there will not be a Union Square Farmers Market this weekend due to this year's What the Fluff? A Tribute to Union Square Innovation ☁️🥜

Planning on joining in on this year's toast to Union Square at Fluff Fest? You'll see friendly faces in USFM vendors Bangla Adda, Big Little Pies, Cini Coffee, CREAMIRA, La Frontera Sabrosa, Luluna Kombucha, Round Table Farm, and Stoneside Flower Farm 💙☁️🍞

The market will resume its regular schedule next weekend. See you September 26! 💗

There are only 🫛two🫛 of this year's Union Press market posters left in stock!

Stop by the market manager's tent early next Saturday to pick up your poster before they're gone for the season 💚

We also have a number of past seasons' posters (more than those pictured here!) in stock at the market, available on our online store (unionsquaremain.org/store) and at Tiny Turns Paperie 🌱

Posters look great among our vendor's displays but even better in your homes! If you have a USFM poster display in your house, please share your pictures with us, we love seeing them ❤️

This weekend's SNAP Match funds have been generously sponsored in memory of Janet Goodwin 🌸

Born in Somerville, Janet was a life-long resident of the Boston region and loved the area, especially in summer ☀️ She was a loyal fan of the local sports teams and enjoyed long walks along the Charles.

Janet cared deeply about food security for all, donating regularly to food banks, Women's Lunch Place, and Rosie's Place 💞

Her family shares that she would be happy to know that she is continuing to support access to nutritional foods.

USFM is honored to be part of Janet's legacy 💓
