As March and Women’s History Month come to a close, we would like to recognize the women in store leadership across our company. Their hard work, dedication, and leadership make a difference every day, and we are proud to celebrate their contributions this month and all year long.

Lori Gibson: Sandersville, GA Store Director; Started with PWFFL in January 2026;
“I’ve been in the grocery business for over 25 years. I like being the Store Director here in Sandersville, GA because I like interacting with customers and associates and knowing that I am making a difference in the community. Piggly Wiggly Food For Less is a great company to work for because of the sense of family and community.”

Virginia Myers: Tallahassee, FL (South Monroe) Store Director;
“I worked at Wakulla Springs State Park for about 17 years in the gift shop, where I started at the bottom and worked my way up and became manager of two departments.
I later worked at Dollar General where I started out as an assistant manager and worked my way up to store manager. After 18 years, I decided that I wanted something new and I went to work for Piggly Wiggly as the Assistant Manager. I am now Store Director of South Monroe Piggly Wiggly.”
