It’s soup, stew, and roast season! And we carry all the meat you need! Whole chickens, chuck roast, briskets, stew meat, and don’t forget our Creekstone Farms ground beef is just $6.99 per pound with the purchase of any other item (limit 5).

Of course we believe in year-round grilling so we still have all the other goodies too! Tri tip, steaks, pork, chicken, sausages, and a huge selection of wild-caught seafood!

We are open daily, unless it’s raining. Our hours are about to change so watch this space. Currently 8:30-4:30. Located at Davis Ranch, 13211 Jackson Road, Sloughhouse CA 95683.

This cool rainy weather sure makes us think about soup, stew, roasts, and so many other “chilly weather foods!”

We enjoyed that bit of rain to wash away some Sloughhouse dust. We will be open tomorrow! And for the foreseeable future until rains again.

Thank you to our wonderful customer Anna for sending us some inspiration, she has made Hamburger Soup! Fresh veggies from Sloughhouse, and our smoked ham deli meat fried with butter and then made into a hot ham and grilled cheese. That looks delicious!!

Come on out and see us and load up on everything you need! We have beef, pork, sausages, chicken, deli meat, and seafood!

We have reached the time of year where water falls from the sky. And that, of course, means our hours get a little hard to predict. With all our delicious stuff, we can’t be set up in the rain. So, we are/were closed today. We will be closed tomorrow (Thursday). Not sure yet about Friday? I’ll keep you updated. 🍁 Fall is in the air, it’s time for stew and roasts and all sorts of other cool-weather dishes! We have Creekstone Farms (an award-winning black angus ranch based in Kansas) briskets, chuck roasts, stew meat, and of course a full range of steaks!

And don’t forget we carry whole chickens from Mary’s Free Range Chicken!

🔥 New item!!! 🔥 We now carry Korean-style beef short ribs, and they are delicious! We have non-marinated, smokehouse, and as of tomorrow we will also have Korean BBQ style marinade.

Don’t forgot our 3+ pound packages of big meaty wings! We’ve got a couple marinades to choose from.

And, we have Creekstone Farms ground beef! Just $6.99 per pound with the purchase of any other item. Limit 5.

Looking to make your own marinade for the Korean-style short ribs? Here’s what we did for dinner!

1-1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of minced ginger
1 tbsp Chili oil
1/2 tsp of Black pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
Add fresh chunks of onion (about 1/2 an onion)
Add half a bell pepper
Half a cup of oil — sesame oil or any other oil

Let that marinate a few hours in the fridge, then grill over medium heat or bake in the oven at 375 for about 20 minutes.
