Pearl Leiferman heads the family run bakery business that is inspired by her Native American roots and faith driven life. Pearl crafts every loaf with organic flours, high quality ingredients, prayer and purpose. She believes that bread should be nourishing and honor the special moments in life, everyday!🫶🏽
The creative efforts of Pearls vision and the hard work of her hands offers a great variety of baked goodness every week at the market. Popular items are bagels, sourdough starters, focaccias, cookies, classic sourdough loaves and even cultural experiences like Frybread and Wojapi, a berry based sauce, often enjoyed in Native American homes and celebrations!
You can also find innovative additions like Whoopy Pies and Par-baked Pizza crusts 🍕 All baked goods are made without seed oils or eggs, can also be preordered at leifbaking.square.site for pickups or delivery.
Pearl is also an author, with multiple productions based on her life as a South Dakota tribal citizen of Rosebud and Mission reservations. She shares her experiences also as a speaker and offers signed poetry and literature on her site.
