In our quest to feed our families good, healthy food, it became obvious that the best way to do that is to look to our friends and neighbors. The Western Slope is teeming with small farms bursting at the seams with healthy foods for our community. Our plan is to bring us all together. The gardeners to the beef growers. The pork producers to the chicken and egg providers. Utilizing teamwork and the power of the community, we can keep our small farms alive, our bellies full, and our families healthy.

Let's get those freezers crammed packed for the holiday, folks!

We have a dozen hogs ready to move out. You can get a whole hog, cut, wrapped complete with bacon, two kinds of sausage and and all the yummy chops and roasts for $1150.00. Half a hog will run you $600.00. Same grower we have used for many years-- this is wonderful pork, raised outdoors in pasture and butchered on-farm.

Non-gmo grain-finished pastured beef at $6.00 lb hanging weight. These beeves will be ready to hit the rails in December and we are taking reservations NOW as processing space is getting tight. These are the same medium bodied beef we have been offering for a decade now and we have plenty of happy customers to validate our claims or quality. You'll love it! Our beef is also butchered on-farm as we strive to make the last day the least stressful as possible for the animals who nourish up and our families.

With grocery prices, food recalls, and even driving to the grocery store costing money with fuel costs so high, this is a great chance to stock up and I bring your meat to your town-- no additional charge. Let's get some pork moved into freezers! I have a number of reservations and more room on the list.
These are gorgeous Yorks from the same grower we've used for years. His pastured hogs live a good life from birth to butcher. Farm butcher to lower the stress level for a better carcass and more humane process.
$1200 for a whole hog with all the cuts and double smoked bacon. Customizations if requested, you pay any additional costs. That process includes your hog, butcher, cut & wrap, and delivery to your town-- Parachute, R***e, Silt, Glenwood and Gypsum. Halves for $625.

I've embraced that it's the Italian in me...I feed people. It's not as simple as I like doing it--or want to do it. I NEED to. It's part of my reason for existing on this planet. It's important to me that I provide you with healthy, sustainable, TASTY food! Last month's beef delivery included a family who had never ordered from us before and took a leap of faith and reserved a quarter beef. She had read our posts and made the commitment. We all know beef prices have went us substantially--that's a big leap when all you're basing your decision on is the word of someone you don't know and random strangers on the internet. Here's a DM she sent his last night:
Hey lady! I just have to say how I can't stop eatting this beefšŸ¤¤ We just broke into a pack of filets tonight and I feel so expensivešŸ¤£ Literally everything we have eaten out of our order has been beyond amazing and we are so happy we ordered with you!! Thank you so so muchšŸ’“

Does anyone need eggs, sausage, or ground pork since I'm headed that direction?
I have plenty! Eggs are from pastured hens fed non-gmo feed.
