Roelli Cheese Haus was honored to host the Shullsburg Lions Club on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, for their monthly meeting!

As we celebrate June Dairy Month, it was a pleasure for Master Cheesemaker Chris Roelli and his wife, Kristine, to welcome this wonderful group, share the story of their family's cheesemaking tradition, and provide a behind-the-scenes tour of our cheesemaking facility.

We truly enjoyed the great conversations, the opportunity to showcase Wisconsin dairy excellence, and the chance to connect with members of our local community.
