We are setup at Hillcrest Farmers Market with tons of salad greens, lettuce mixes, arugulas, leaf lettuce, collards, green beans , squash, zucchini, tatsoi, mustards and more this morning, run out and get yours along with all the other goodies we have to offer this fine morning.

We just stocked the cooler at Faith Bakery & Cafe at 120 Village Pl in Fairfield Bay, AR, with a fresh delivery of Certified Naturally Grown greens from Hourglass Tree Farms. Everything was harvested today, October 15, and grown locally with KNF and biochar, with bags available right in the front display cooler for $5 each.
Today's drop-off includes crisp Purple Fusion leaf lettuce, a peppery Rocket and Space arugula mix, and a vibrant greens mix featuring mizuna mustard, red Scarlet Frills mustard, baby tatsoi, and baby bok choi. We also brought a full salad mix combining all of our tender leaves and baby greens, along with big bags of our pleasant, crisp, and mild premium mustard. Huge thank you to everyone who came out and made our signature lettuce mix such a massive success! We're so grateful for how quickly you've been clearing out our tables, and our beds at Hourglass Tree Farms are cranking out plenty more fresh greens for you this weekend.

You can find us this Saturday, October 17, at both the Hillcrest Farmers Market in Little Rock from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM (2200 Kavanaugh Blvd.) and the Stone County Farmers Market from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (503 Sylamore Ave.). We'll have the tables loaded up with squash, zucchini, plenty of our signature lettuce mixes, fine mustard greens mixes, and Asian greens mixes, bitter melons, limited collars and peppers, plus possibly some fresh cucumbers as well. Everything is grown right here in Shirley using hand-scale, no-till, chemical-free methods, so come see us early and stock up for the week!

Restocked at Faith Bakery & Cafe in beautiful Fairfield Bay, Arkansas. this afternoon! They have an amazing locally baked fresh line of sourdoughs and artisan baked goods prepared fresh everyday! Stop by and check them out and grab you some Arugula , Green beans, Zucchini, Assorted peppers, French breakfast radish, and or Tatsoi and Mizuna mixes while supplies last!
