Oh my goodness, I just LOVE having the store full of fall harvest! 🍂 There’s something so wonderful about all that beautiful organic produce, especially when it’s fresh, plentiful, and affordable!

We have spaghetti squash, acorn squash, and butternut squash coming out of our ears right now—and that means **SQUASH FEST at just $1.29/lb!**

I've been having so much fun cooking with it all! Last night, I roasted all three varieties and made the most delicious spaghetti squash topped with marinara and local ground beef. Tonight, I roasted some of the leftover butternut squash with local onions, garlic, and organic poblanos, then paired it with a couple of fried eggs fresh from my own flock. Oh my goodness, SO GOOD!

Nothing fancy. Just real, wholesome food, grown and raised with care. I truly believe food tastes better when you know where it comes from. ❤️
