Attention Benton County: May is Beef Month!

Each Tuesday in May, Fareway Stores Vinton & Roy's Hometown Grocery shoppers have a chance to win a pack of T-Bone steaks, courtesy of Benton County Farm Bureau & Benton County Cattlemen's Association!

Customers can enter the “T-Bone Tuesday” drawing at the meat counter—no purchase necessary. One winner will be contacted each week to claim the prize.

“This promotion is our way of saying “thank you” to everyone who chooses Iowa-grown products.” says Samantha Petersen, Benton County Farm Bureau president. “Livestock producers work hard to care for their animals, resulting in high-quality products for consumers. When people choose Iowa-grown, it reinforces that their efforts matter and shows the trust placed in our farmers.”
