OUR 80/20 GROUND BEEF IS GOING TO BE $7 PER POUND AND $6.50 PER POUND FOR 20+. We apologize for the increase but it is necessary as the cost of production has been consistently rising.
BEEF—80/20 ground beef, 1/3 pound or 1/4 pound hamburger patties, 100% beef hot dogs and beef/pork hot dogs, ribeye steak, ny strip steak, filet mignon, t bone steak, sirloin steak, Picanha steak, skirt steak, flat iron steak, cubed steak, short ribs, brisket (2.5-7 pounds per 1/2 brisket), chuck roast, sirloin tip roast, tri tip roast (7 roast), hanging tender roast, stew meat, heart, bones, tallow.
PORK—1/2” and 1” thick bone in pork chops, cured bacon, baby back ribs (3 pound slabs), fresh pork belly whole 2 or 4 pounds each, fresh pork belly sliced 1 pound packs, Boston butt roast(4-5 pounds each), boneless pork loin (2-3 pounds each), bratwurst (jalapeño cheddar , pineapple teriyaki, original, sweet Italian, mild Italian), breakfast sausage (sweet Italian, mild Italian, mild, medium, hot, maple, chorizo, unseasoned ground pork)
CHICKEN—boneless breast, wings, bone in thighs, boneless thighs (1 pack), legs, whole chickens (4-5 pounds), whole chickens (5+ pounds), whole chickens (3-4 pounds), ground turkey, soup bones, livers, feet
