WE WON’T BE AT THE JEFFERSONTOWN FARMERS MARKET TOMORROW 5-30-26.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

We had some equipment trouble today while attempting to get hay cut. We are going to have to stay home tomorrow and repair equipment/cut hay.

For the customers who have bulk beef packages ordered. We did pick the beef up from the processor today but are going to be behind on getting things seperated. Please reach out if you have questions.

OUR 80/20 GROUND BEEF IS GOING TO BE $7 PER POUND AND $6.50 PER POUND FOR 20+. We apologize for the increase but it is necessary as the cost of production has been consistently rising.

Can substitute up to 10 pounds stew meat per whole cow package for some of the roasts.

Weights based on bone in cuts.

$1900 or $3700 packages can choose size and thickness of all cuts. As well as choose to get less roasts/steaks and more ground products.
