It is with a heavy heart that Nancy Ze Xiong Yang, age 68, founder and owner of Nancy’s Fresh Eggrolls, entered into eternal rest on October 27, 2025. She was surrounded by her 11 children and beloved husband.
For over 20 years Nancy and Thomas sold their famous Hmong eggrolls at the Sheboygan Farmer’s Market and had built a loyal community of customers near and far. On the days that Nancy could not be at the Sheboygan Farmer’s Market she would often express how much she had missed her customers, customers who became like family. She always looked forward to setting up her eggroll stand bright and early in the morning to prepare to greet her customers with a big smile. She had abounding love for her customers and a passion for sharing Nancy’s Fresh Eggrolls with families across Sheboygan and beyond.
