It's a gloomy day outside, but I have some news to brighten your day! I have plain summer sausage in the case right now. Ghost pepper sausage is in the smoker and will be ready later this afternoon. I will have cheddar ready for tomorrow. All the rolls are approximately 1 lb each. These do not last long; we sold out in one day last week, so grab it while you can! We will not be taking call-ahead orders on these because of the demand. I will have prices listed below.

We had a lot of you asking about the summer sausage, so I made a small batch that will be available when we open at 10 am. We will not be taking call-aheads for it, so it's first come, first served. I have plain and cheddar, so come in and get it before it's gone.

The summer sausage was a huge hit last week! We ran out of Cheddar and Regular on Saturday, so I made more yesterday. We only have 12 Ghost Pepper Cheese left, so grab those before they're gone! I'm fully stocked on Regular and Cheddar Cheese. We are open Monday and Tuesday from 10am to 6pm. We will be open on Christmas Eve from 10am to 2pm.
