I don't make ice cream cakes but he wanted one with a dinosaur on it... So I hit DQ and got him a personal little ice-cream cake and popped a t-rex on there with a hat and balloon. Then made a cake and cupcakes too, of course, because everyone loves cake 🎂🍨🧁

These were a hit. Out of the park one might say... ⚾️ Chocolate cake and white cupcakes both with buttercream frosting ...

I've never made or used fondant before so my son's sushi roll birthday cake was my practice. Honestly it wasn't as hard as I thought to make but it's time consuming. I didn't make enough so it wrinkled around the cake but I'm happy with my first try 💙
