Yes we are a butcher shop.
Yes we have killer sandwiches and BBQ.
But we also have some incredible provisions in our ‘Chef’s Pantry’ - always changing with creativity, very Californian > seasonally inspired.

Easy meal ready options!
Paella
Housemade Meatballs in sauce
Braised Short Ribs
Fresh Fish filets
Brined & Smoked - heat and eat Kurobuta thick cut pork chops
Dips, Hummus, side salads and the never leave without Cheesy-Ass Garlic Bread Spread

Sausage Stuff Artichokes are a must!!

And the corned beef with potatoes, will make for the best (easiest) weekend brunch — just heat and add 🍳
