Firefly turned 1 -- and you came out to party!!! 🥳
Thank you so much to everyone who came out to celebrate our 1 year anniversary last Sunday. We were jam-packed! (https://www.instagram.com/stories/highlights/18078379486818421/) And we set a new record for barista drinks made in a single day -- 372!! (The old record was 306.)
Like we wrote last week, it's hard to believe it's been one whole year since we opened Firefly. Candidly, we really had no idea what we were doing... But we had a dream and a vision. And we're so-o-o-o-o-o-o blessed that you, the Firefly community, found us and continue to support us. Forever grateful for you! 🙏🏼

The team at Schef's Farm asked us to express their gratitude for all the love, support, and especially patience they've received from the Firefly community.
As you're probably aware, they're still dialing in their new trailer, and they just got SLAMMED on Sunday, so the wait time got ridiculous. 😢 They're aware. And they've been working on their SOPs to make sure the process is smoother and faster moving forward.
Again, thank you for your patience as they scale up. 🍔 + 🍟 = ❤️
Update: Yes, we have no donuts 🍩
The team at Blessed Oven team is taking a little time off. So we will not have their seed oil-free donuts on Sat May 30. But after a 3 week hiatus, we do expect them to return next weekend, Sat Jun 6. We'll give you a heads up next Friday. Nom nom nom... 🍩
