Group classes have a max of 5 dogs to keep it as personal as possible! They are one hour a week for 4 weeks, with homework to work on between classes!

🍂Pecan Pie Filling🍂

You want to know my secret to my Pecan Pie filling? I like to simmer my mixture low and VERY slow on the stovetop to illuminate those warm nutty flavors!

Then towards the end of simmering I add a small splash of Spiced Apple Wh**ky to further express those warm spiced vibes!

5 days until the Adams Family Pumpkin Patch Opening Weekend! We have lots of good food in the works for this! One that I might be most excited for are these Apple C***r Cookies!!

I’m indecisive though, I’m also really excited for Pecan Pie Hand Pies, and Cookie Butter Cinnamon Rolls.

🧁Cream Cheese Frosting or Light Glaze🍩?

I want your opinion what do you prefer for Cinnamon Rolls? Thick frosting smeared on top, or a light glaze? I’ve even heard some prefer no topping at all!

I’m debating on switching some of my flavors up to a glaze topping instead of a thick frosting so let me know your thoughts!

Can we talk pet peeves on a Monday morning? 😂

A big one for me as a baker is the sheer AMOUNT of people selling their baked goods using AI generated images of the baked items.

I know the saying “eyes eat first” but the disappointment when you expect one thing (the AI image of a cookie/pastry/etc) and get something completely different, frustrates me.

When I post my candid videos of us set up at market, or my baked goods. Rest assured that my baked goods are truly what came out of my oven, not the nearest data centers AI generation.

My cookies may not look ‘perfect’, my cinnamon Rolls may not have a smooth smear of frosting, but it is real, and (maybe biased) really tasty.

My family’s ‘real’ job (outside of looking good at the farmers markets) is Farming and Ag, and we will always value the environment and the truth. AI harms both of those, AI is my Monday morning pet peeve.
