Hello...
We write to you with really Sad news of the loss of Walter ( AKA WALT) Seehorn ( age 39 ). He was involved in a Tragic car accident the eve of Oct. 17th. His sudden loss has hit my brother Tony and the rest of the team pretty hard. REALLY HARD. Walt was not only one of the smiling faces of the shop but also the behind the scenes dude who made the special dog food from the scraps, who greeted all the customers by name & was the right hand man for the entire Saratoga Meat and fish tribe. A kind soul with a big heart who loved his job. Please be patient with the shop at this time while we grieve and get some help. Replacing Walt is impossible as he ran the shop so smoothly. Keeping the quality of business is what we will continue to strive for as we move into the holiday season. We are grateful ALWAYS for your business and praying for small bumps as we get back on track.

Trying 2 different NY STEAKS. Tony said lo heat & slow bake & then a reverse sear. The other one grilled . Cannot wait to sink my teeth into these. Curious about how to prepare meat or fish??? Ask Tony Nora
