Friday was such a blessed day. We hit the streets of Alvin, Galveston, and South Houston. The numbers of homeless were definitely down. Which is a great thing. But to me, it's like church. It's not about the numbers in attendance. It's about the impact we witness of what God has instore for the day. Nothing is in comparison to a Brother on the street getting excited when you ask if you can pray with him. Or when you ask another if they would like a Bible and you see excitement in their smile. God is so good.

Father we thank you for the love you have for us all. For the kindness you show us in times of need. For the ability to pray with others, lifting them up to you and seeing the impact you have on their lives. We love and thank you Father...

God sure fire has it goin on today.
Seizures usually last a minute or two. Yesterday had 15 or so minutes of them off and on. Today he gives me what I need.
Cooking up some swine tenderloins (taters to come later) for some of the older folks in the community. God's so good.
Thing is, Don't ask him for what ya want. Ask him for what he needs to be done in your life today to happen by his Grace and blessing. Tomorrows another day. God's good.. Yall be blessed.

Attention Santa Fe Area Residents: Aldersgate will be operating a warming center for anyone without heat from Thursday, 12/22 at 6pm to Friday, 12/23 at noon. At that time, we will evaluate staying open longer depending on need. Please pass the word to anyone who might need to warm up!

Just want to say Thank Yall and we love yall to The Saltgrass Cowboy Churchs Churckwagon Team, and our friends in the community for the donations for our family and friends down on the streets of Galveston. They are going to love the chili and sure stay warm in the donated blankets. We serve an AWESOME GOD.

Good God Blessed morning all. This Saturday we will be cooking up hill and going to the Hobo Breakfast to see our friends of Galveston and celebrating Christmas with them. Let's us know if yall would like to come out and lend a helping hand. Their Christmas Celebration is an amazing event to attend for sure.

Good morning all. We are getting ramped up for the Christmas season and the cold weather. December 17th we will be joining Galveston Street Ministries at the Hobo Breakfast for the Christmas Celebration. This is a chance to spread a lil love to our friends of the Galveston Homeless Communities and those in need. We have been asked to help with food for the event. So, it's Chili time again. Our plan is to cook and serve 200+ pounds of good Ole homemade chili. So we are going to need some help to purchase the items for this event. If you're able to help out, we'll need help serving and cooking it up, as well as getting the groceries. We will be taking monetary donations for the items needed. We have PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp or even better gift cards from HEB would be great. Price of meats gone up, so we'll definitely need some help. We have some from the last planned trip that got canceled due to extreme weather, but nowhere near enough.
