Another great Saturday in the shop and at the markets. 💚

A special shoutout to Sophia, who’s leading off this photo recap holding a tray of lentil burgers. Sophia came to us as a loyal customer and has recently started helping out here and there. She’s full of energy, genuinely loves what we do, and intuitively understands our products and the care that goes into making them. We’re so happy to have her as part of the STRIVE family.

How it is possible that my baby is 18, I truly do not know.

You have brought so much laughter, depth, strength, sensitivity, beauty, and meaning into my life from the very beginning. Watching you grow into the young woman you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

You are thoughtful, fiercely intelligent, compassionate, independent, funny, resilient, courageous and caring.

You have also grown up witnessing firsthand what it looks like to pour your heart into building something meaningful, and I know that journey has shaped us all in all the ways.

I am endlessly proud of you and so excited to watch the life you create for yourself.

Happy 18th birthday, sweetheart. I love you beyond words. ❤️

What an absolutely epic day. 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Chattanooga 70.3 — you were no joke.

My goal going into this race was simple: beat my Augusta time from last fall of 6:36. Even with a swim that was 15 minutes longer, I crossed the finish line in 6:09.

And because the course was actually 71.9 miles, my adjusted 70.3 time was 5:52 — which means I even snuck under that 6-hour mark. 🤯

No doubt, my bike leg carried this race — and I have to give a huge nod to Italy for that. Five days of climbing hills on the bike clearly paid off in ways I didn’t even realize until today.

The run was long, hot, grueling, and honestly one of those “how am I going to survive this?” kind of efforts… but somehow, step by step, I did.

I also wouldn’t be doing any of this without Lauren — my friend and training buddy, and the person whose enthusiasm and commitment seem to know no limits. Her resolve, strength and endurance are beyond inspiring.

And of course, my family. Seeing their faces out there and feeling their love and support means more than I can ever put into words.❤️

What a day. What a course. What a reminder that we are capable of so much more than we think.

Thank you to everyone who came out today — whether you grabbed brunch, stocked up for the week, tried something new, or just stopped by to say hi. The energy today was so good and we appreciate every bit of the support.

Sunshine, tacos, market weekends, and graduation celebrations… sounds like the perfect combo ☀️🌮🎓

Tomorrow we’re headed back to the markets with tacos in tow — and if you’ve got a graduation party, family gathering, or end-of-school celebration coming up, we’d love to help feed your crew ✨

Pizza platters, taco spreads, brunch favorites, STRIVE-style charcuterie boards… you name it, we love creating colorful plant-based food that makes gathering around the table easy and delicious.

And after a busy week, a little stop at the Chattahoochee today was the perfect reminder of how beautiful this season in Georgia really is. Hope everyone gets outside, soaks up this incredible weather, celebrates someone they love, and has the most amazing weekend 🤍

Birthday reset… not planned, but perfectly timed 🤍→

Yesterday afternoon on the beach in Riccione — windblown, salt air, after 42 miles on the bike and a 6 mile run on tired legs.
Today… the spa.

The rain moved today’s big ride (longest + most elevation) to tomorrow, and I’m choosing to see it as a gift. Because if I’m honest… my body was asking for this.

Slowing down doesn’t come naturally to me — I’m usually chasing the next mile, the next thing, the next task. But today feels like more than an invitation to pause. A little birthday reset. Time to sit with 50 years of this life — all the twists, growth, challenges, and magic that somehow led me right here.

And maybe instead of trying to imagine 60, I just trust what’s ahead. Keep showing up, keep moving, keep evolving.

Today is quiet for the moment☺️🎉🫶Tomorrow we continue the work- for ourselves and for something bigger✨

We hit 10K today… and truly, it means a lot.

This little space holds so much—
