Pause and make a pot of tea ~
Our shop is open Monday-Saturday from 10-5, inside of Coastal Sage Gardening

This herb tea mandala was something I made a while back, from dried organic herbs (Rose Buds and Petals, Lavender, Chamomile) and fresh Rose Geranium leaves from my garden. I love preparing tea that is visually beautiful and calmingly aromatic!

Perhaps it's time to resume my tea mandala art project again ...

How are you today? 🦋
My afternoon ~ a mug of iced oat milk with Kava Kava and Cacao …. and few favorite little books for inspiration 🍃

There’s a lot going on everywhere right now. How do we cope with the ever present digital input? I see more and more posts about rediscovering aspects of the analog world, one which many of us knew well and now miss, or at least look fondly back on. I’m really feeling that right now. How about you?

I find when I make the time to do more of those things, I feel better, happier, and more at ease. Writing with pen and paper, drawing with my favorite markers, reading a book I can hold in my hand ~ these tangible tactile things are so good.

I’d love to hear about the things you do that bring you calm, ease, joy, connection, and purpose that are analog. 🍂
