October CLC Accoutrement: Diaspora Spice Co. Pumpkin Spice Blend 🎃

Pumpkin spice gets a serious upgrade with this fragrant blend from Diaspora Spice Co. Made with cinnamon, ginger, mace, nutmeg, cardamom, allspice, cloves, and white pepper, it’s warm, aromatic, and packed with the real flavors of fall—without any fillers or artificial flavoring. Diaspora sources freshly harvested spices from small, multi-generational family farms and prioritizes regenerative farming practices and exceptional freshness. October CLC Cheese #3: Mimolette

With its bumpy, cantaloupe-like rind and bright orange interior, Mimolette looks like it rolled straight out of a Halloween candy bowl! Aged about 14 months, this French beauty brings nutty, caramel-like sweetness with hints of tropical fruit. Pair it with duck prosciutto and a drizzle of honey for a sweet-and-salty treat that’s anything but a trick!

October CLC Cheese Number #2: Cambozola Black

Dark and mysterious on the outside, creamy and blue-veined on the inside, Cambozola Black Label is right at home in our October lineup. This German soft- ripened cheese combines delicate grey natural mold with fine blue veins, creating a beautiful balance of savory blue flavor and rich, buttery creaminess. Its particularly long maturation at low temperatures gives it an exceptionally smooth texture and a refined aroma. Elegant enough for a fancy fall board, but just spooky enough for Halloween.

October Cheese Lovers Club Cheese #1: Petite Boo

A little spooky, a lot delicious! Marin French Cheese Co.’s Petite Boo is a decadent ash-coated triple crème Brie with a striking orange paste tucked beneath its bloomy white rind. The vibrant color comes from all-natural annatto, while the cheese itself is rich, buttery, and wonderfully creamy. Made with local California milk and traditional cheesemaking techniques, Petite Boo is the perfect centerpiece for a Halloween cheese board. It’s a trick and a treat!

September Cheese Lovers Club Accoutrement: Sweet Prince Tomatoes 🍅

These Sweet Prince tomatoes are summer in a tin—sweet, intensely flavorful, and packed in their own delicious oil to capture that peak-season tomato magic. Grown by organic farmers and developed with chefs for maximum flavor, they’re ready to turn even the simplest meal into something special.

Spoon them over mozzarella, pile them onto crusty garlic-rubbed bread, toss them with pasta and fresh herbs, or honestly… just open the tin and dig in. September may be here, but we’re not quite ready to say goodbye to tomato season.

September Cheese Lovers Club Cheese #3: Kokos 🥥

Cheese and coconut might not be the pairing you expected, but that’s exactly what makes KoKos so much fun. Creamy Dutch Gouda is blended with organic coconut cream for a rich, subtly sweet cheese with a tropical twist.

It’s creamy, snackable, and just unusual enough to keep you coming back for another bite. Enjoy it on its own, pair it with fruit, or let it bring a little unexpected sunshine to your next recipe. Consider this your excuse to keep summer going just a little longer.

September Cheese Lovers Club Cheese #2: Nettle 🌿

Bright, fresh, and practically made for the last sunny days of summer, Nettle is a delicate cow’s milk cheese with a soft, crumbly texture and a clean, tangy flavor reminiscent of classic chèvre.

Each piece is hand-rolled in mint, garlic, salt, and tender nettle leaves, adding a fragrant garden-fresh quality and a gentle savory finish. Spread it on warm bread, crumble it over salads or roasted vegetables, and pair it with something crisp and refreshing. A little taste of the garden before we officially turn the page to fall.

September CLC Cheese #1: Panela

A staple of Mexican cuisine, Panela is a wonderfully fresh and mild cheese with a tender, milky flavor and a soft, springy texture. Its high moisture content makes it especially refreshing straight from the fridge, but it also holds up beautifully to heat—try it grilled, roasted, or baked until golden around the edges.

Cube it into salads, tuck it into sandwiches, or serve it alongside salsas and sauces. Simple, versatile, and ready for just about anything September throws at it.
