5 facts about our Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye
1. This is the only item in our shop that’s imported.
2. Wagyu translates to “Japanese Cow”
3. In moderation, Wagyu beef is healthier than commercial beef due to its high concentration of Omega-3’s, monounsaturated fats, and amino-acids.
4. Wagyu should be cooked differently than a traditional steak. Ditch the grill, and sear on high heat in a pan for beat results.
5. “A5” is a Japanese grading that represents the absolute top-of-the-line for marbling in beef.
