Peace of Mind Dining
Hello,
My name is Alan Johnson and I have been developing recipes and training kitchen staff for over 20 years in restaurants across America. A few years ago I knew I needed to start eating healthier with a Plant Based style of dining. With my background in recipe development, I knew I could do this without giving up the flavor. My recipes are prepared using no dairy, no eggs,

no sugar, no added fats, and minimal (if any at all) oil. Soon, I was feeling better than I had in years with the added bonus of losing over 60 pounds and 7 inches in my waist. This was a huge unexpected bonus, since I was not exercising. Many friends and family soon wanted recipes for the food I was eating but they lacked the confidence in their ability to prepare the recipes. To make it even easier, I teach these classes in your kitchen using your everyday equipment. This way, you know you don’t have to own fancy professional equipment to achieve the wonderful flavors. My classes can also be taught at a culinary school in Stone Oak. My classes are very hands on and not a demonstration. This way you are confident any time you want to make the recipes. Classes are 6-10 people per class and takes 3 1/2 hours with 7-9 recipes. After we cook, we eat and discuss how a Plant Based style of eating can impact you and your family's health. My story is, I was able to reverse my path to many health issues within 9 months plus drop pounds in the process and you can too. I will share much more of my personal journey during the class and I know it will touch a nerve with you as it has with so many others. The fee for a class is only $75 per person and includes all food ingredients plus copies of recipes. Discounts are available for school and church groups. Please inquire for details. I look forward to our class.

The month of December is always amazing. The first class this month was in Austin with a fantastic group of foodies. They produced 13 recipes in just 3.5 hours. Lots of great ingredients, conversation, desire to learn, teamwork, and a little wine, lol. Here are a couple pics of the feast that resulted from their Peace of Mind Dining class.

Just finished one of the most fun of all my vegetarian cooking classes. We had 5 adults and 9 kids ranging from elementary to high schoolers. We prepared 10 recipes and had so much fun. Some of the dishes were completely eaten before we finished the class. Groups like this really make me proud of what I do.
