We use fresh produce, lean proteins, and complex carbs to make balanced and perfectly portioned meals to keep you on track with your new lifestyle! Healthy eating starts with learning new ways to eat by cutting back on foods with lots of fat, salt, and sugar you will begin to change your body in addition to learn balance, variety, and moderation that we can bring you. Healthy eating is NOT a diet

it means making changes that you can live with and still enjoy life without counting calories and tracking everything you eat and we are here to help! Our business is designed to allow you to customize your weekly order; to do that each items is individually priced:

Breakfast: $5.00per meal

Lean Meals: 4oz protein with vegetables and carbs (varies based on menu) $8.00 per meal

Snacks: $3.00 per snack

Once your order is received and invoice confirmed meals are prepared on Sundays and available for pick up that evening; simply store in the refrigerator until ready to eat microwave and enjoy! Orders are due on Fridays at midnight via email at [email protected]
