Good evening.
This post is very difficult, but necessary. We opened The Cafe a year ago and this has been one of the best and one of the most exhausting years of my life. Our customers have become our friends and some have even become family. But things happen and I have to make decisions that are best for me and my family. The Cafe is closed and I will not be reopening. My reasons for closing The Cafe are personal and I don't share my personal business on Facebook. Please know that I love and appreciate every customer and friend that walked through the door to support us in the past year. There are lots of small, family owned restaurants nearby, and I hope that you will support them. Hopefully, another good restaurant will open in the building soon. Take care and know that we will think of you often. And I hope that you will still come see us at the Saltillo General Store 😘

🚨 UPDATE: Missing Person – Kevin Greene (Claiborne County, TN) 🚨

There’s been a significant development in the search for Kevin Greene.

Earlier today, a tip led authorities to a truck located along a gravel road off Highway 63 in Speedwell, Tennessee. The information was passed along to Kevin’s family, who have now confirmed — the truck does belong to him.

Law enforcement searched the vehicle, but Kevin was not found.

Kevin has been missing since April 14, 2026. He was believed to be traveling to Kentucky to visit family, but he never made it to his destination — and he hasn’t been heard from since.

Adding to the urgency, Kevin is currently without his medication, and his family is deeply concerned for his safety.
