I first started baking when I was 6. I was trained in pastries in Japan and started my career as a pastry chef in Boston. After moving to Salt Lake City, I continued my career at a local bakery in Salt Lake City. And here I am to sell my desserts at Sugarhouse Farmer's Market! I really enjoy the science of making desserts; I am constantly experimenting, and many of my desserts have gone through nu

merous iterations. At the end, I have my version of “perfect dessert” that I am proud to share with!! I hope to see you at the Sugarhouse Farmer's Market!
