What are you having for supper? We’re having stuffed peppers everything but the rice was raised here on the farm. We’re also having fresh green beans out of the garden. I love summertime and fresh food. Hope you enjoy your day!!

Raising animals, gardening and farming takes a lot of water, that was one thing lacking in this new farm of ours. New well along with old well will give us plenty of water!!

We love summertime!! 2 of the reasons our on our dinner plate. Grilling and fresh garden things. Steak, onions & peppers, grilled beets and new potatoes!! Mmmm mmm good!!

Hey with the weather getting nice outside you might be wanting to grill. Take it from my grandson our meat is good down to the bone! To setup a time to come to the new farm to pickup either farm fresh eggs, pork or beef call Lynn at 814-444-2908. Thank you and have a good day!!!

Update: we happy to announce that both puppies # 5&6 have found their forever homes.

Here are the pictures of our latest puppies. Starting from left to right their numbers are 1,2,3,4,7,8. We do have colored collars on them so once you pick out a puppy you’re interested in we will let you know their collar color. They have already had their first set of shots and all passed their vet checks with flying colors. The puppies will be ready to go to there forever homes anywhere after 27 April. Please do not ask us to release them sooner there is a law prohibiting us from releasing puppies before they’re eight weeks old. We will only hold a puppy with a $200 cash non refundable deposit with the cash balance due at the time they are picked up. There are 6 males and 2 females. The males are $800 and the females are $1000.. To setup a time to see the puppies please text 814-444-2908. Please share this post with your friends and family to help us find them their forever homes.

A huge thank you to Windy Ridge Tree Service for their expertise in dropping trees. This tree was extra difficult because of its close proximity to the house, not to mention the wind (if you listen closely you can hear it). Now we’ll have lots of tree chipping for the Grandkids play area❣️

The Puppies eyes are open!! The Grandchildren are happy, we’ll one little boy isn’t quite sure about holding them, that they can start loving on the puppies❣️❣️more and closer pictures coming.

A little bit about us... Our farm is a family run farm located on 90 acres in Somerset County, PA. We are the first generation farmers in our immediate family. Our goal is to provide high quality meats & produce that are raised on our farm; allowing you to prepare wholesome meals for your family.

Windy Hill believes that eating healthy begins with using fresh ingredients, grown locally and raised sustainably.

We do not use any growth hormones on any of our animals.

All of our animals live their entire lives on our farm.
