At Don Froylan we are proud of keeping up with technology and innovation one day at the time. To complement our new pasteurizer upgrade today we added the first paperless recording chart in the State of Oregon. I’m proud of my team for taking this challenge and thankfull of supportive partners Nether Industries and Russell Automation. Thanks to the Agriculture Department for their support on this as well. We’ll continue making the best Mexican Cheese in the country!

At Don Froylan Creamery, our heritage lives in every batch of cheese we make. From hand stretching Queso Oaxaca to crumbling fresh Queso Fresco over a family meal, we proudly continue the traditions that began with our parents and traveled with us from Mexico to Oregon.
