What’s new at the St. Paul Meat Shop? All kinds of goodness. Starting off strong, we have some new flavors of Ocelot chocolate - Matcha Crunch made with Iri Genmaicha and 70% Virungan dark chocolate and Lemon Olive Oil made with Italian EVOO.
Pork Chop and Gouda hats are BACK! You asked and we listened - we have a limited number of Summer’s hottest hat back in stock 😉
We have Popqorn from - these fine popping kernels are Non-Gmo Project Verified and grown on Bjorn’s family farm right here in Minnesota! How awesome is that?
Of course you know we had to get stocked back up on everyone’s favorite Caramelo tortillas, made with real pork lard. Taco night will never be the same…
As always, our soups, bacon, eggs, are stocked up and ready to grab and go. Our soups are always scratch made right in our kitchen, and we have some summer favs in stock like Summer Pea 🫛

The forecast calls for 80+ degree weather, commencement weekend at , and a case stocked full of summertime favs here at the St. Paul Meat Shop!
Lunch is covered with our house made sandwiches, burritos, brats, and hot dogs, plus fresh hand-pulled mozzarella and house baked demi baguettes for the perfect picnic spread 🥖
We’ve also got all the summer favorites rolling in! Smoked potato salad and summer pea soup are BACK, plus marinated grillables (shoutout to meat monger Kelly for our new irresistible house BBQ rub), asparagus, and a deli case full of tasty sides and goodies ☀️
And for dessert? House baked strawberry rhubarb pie of course! plus chocolate and vanilla celebration cake slices, because this weekend deserves something sweet 🎓

Life gets especially busy this time of year, so during the chaos of commencement weekend at Macalester, take moment for yourself and enjoy a burrito at the St. Paul Meat Shop!
We’ve got burritos ready to fuel your weekend- barbacoa, tinga, carnitas, black bean vegetarian, and even chorizo and breakfast burritos for the late starters 😜
Made from the same delicious meats that we sell right out of our case, sourced locally from small farms within 200 miles of our shop. Like we said, it doesn’t get much better than this!
