🌱 Fresh Garlic Scapes Are Here! 🌱

Have you ever tried garlic scapes? These curly green shoots are harvested from our hardneck garlic plants and are one of the tastiest signs of early summer!

Garlic scapes have a mild, fresh garlic flavor and are packed with nutrients. They're delicious sautéed, grilled, roasted, chopped into eggs, blended into pesto, or even pickled.

Bonus: Harvesting the scapes helps our garlic plants put more energy into growing larger bulbs for later in the season!

Stop by the farm stand and grab some while they're in season—they're only available for a short time each year.
