Our last market for A Highlanders Gardn de is tomorrow! The full
Market goes until the last Saturday of October so make sure to visit our vendors! Had to do a hard cut on Monday as we had a slight frost here at the farm. Our time is limited by Mother Nature! Come see us! We have some gourds and specialty pumpkins for sale. Great for decorating!

Visit us at the farm Thursday Oct. 15 5-7pm! Dress warm, come grab some great food and awesome books! Last flower cut of the season and maybe a surprise vendor!

Starting this week, you can sign up for a free Maine Senior FarmShare at our farmers’ market! We participate in the farmers’ market version of the program, where income-eligible seniors can sign up in person at the Info Booth. Then, you’ll get an envelope with $50 in vouchers to spend with any vendor in our market on fresh fruits, vegetables, cut herbs, or honey. All you have to do is be a Maine resident, meet the 2026 income guidelines (below), and be 60 or older (55 or older if you’re Native American).

Eligibility is based on income, not assets, so most retired folks in Maine qualify:

The annual household gross income is at or below the amount listed beside household size:
1 person household: $29,526
2 person household: $40,034
3 person household: $50,542
4 person household: $61,050
5 person household: $71,558
6 person household: $82,066

Hi everyone! Due to tomorrow’s high wind and rain we are not going to attend s**o farmers market tomorrow.

Kara has made up the most gorgeous jars that you can purchase here at the farm inside the flower shed !

These are the prettiest ones this season and should be going home to you all

Shed will be open all day !
