Hello all you Killington Avenue Deli fans!

We are so HAPPY to announce the sale of the Deli to two creative, accomplished chefs who will take 22 Killington Avenue into its next chapter. You may know them already from their culinary pursuits at Marble Valley Catering in Proctor. Please welcome Nate Wright and Lisa Fennimore as the new owners and follow them ! We couldn't be happier to have this young couple take the business we so lovingly nurtured and turn it into their own. We are eagerly anticipating their opening and can't wait to sample what looks to be absolutely delicious food. Hello everyone!

The time has come to let all of you know that we have sold the KILLINGTON AVENUE MARKET & DELI. Our final day of business is Friday, December 17th, 2021.

To say this is bittersweet is a gross understatement. We are going to miss you all terribly. You have become friends and confidants over the last 27 years, sticking with us as we learned to be business owners and cheering us on as we became successful. We would be nothing without your friendship and support.

Most of you know that we have been trying to sell for several years. It's time for us to retire and slow down a little. As the date of the sale approaches, we will share information about the new owners (when they are ready). We feel confident, with their credentials, youth, energy and enthusiasm that you won't be disappointed. They will carry on the tradition of friendly service and delicious food you have come to enjoy.

Luckily for us, Rutland is a small town and we are bound to run into each other sooner or later. Probably at Hannaford or Price Chopper...😁. We wish you all well and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
