WOW‼️ The past 12 years have been a whirlwind freezing sweet corn! ❤️

12 YEARS AGO....🥹
It has begun!!! Our new and exciting venture!!! Cement going down for the pad that the walk in freezer will sit on...... Souder Farms Frozen Sweet Corn will be available later on this year!!!!!

We still have some grain fed beef raised by our farm available going in to Maxwell meats in Maxwell IN just north of greenfield on state road 9.

You pay us for the beef itself and You can pick your own cuts.

💲 Currently our Price is $4.15 / lb on the hanging weight for a WHOLE beef.

💵 $4.25 / lb on the hanging for a HALF of BEEF.

💰 $4.35 /lb on the hanging weight for a QUARTER beef.

The beef will have about a 700 lb hanging weight on a whole x $4.15= $2905 plus processing

350lb on the hanging weight for a half x $4.25 = $1500 Plus processing

175 lb is a typical quarter hanging weight x $4.35 = $760 Plus processing.
This amount would be paid to Souder Farms.

🥩 You will also pay for the processing when you pick up the meat at the butcher shop.

That is typically $850 for a whole. $425 for a half.
$225 for a quarter of this size.

♦️ Your exact price will depend on the animals exact weight and exactly how you have it cut up.
The cuts are all custom to your instructions.
Some beef maybe bigger too.

We have several hogs available going in this week and next.
3 available at Sugar Rock Farms in Westport IN down south of Greensburg. 4 available going to Maxwell Meats the following week.

Price is $1.40 /lb on the hanging.
Halves or wholes available.

Average will be around $275 for a whole. Plus processing fee of around $325 . Making a whole around $60p

Half would be around $130 plus processing. Around $175. For total around $300 total.
Exact price will depend on the animals exact weight and exactly how you have it cut up.

You decide how it's cut. You'll have meat from the shoulder, loin, belly, ham
It can be cut a variety of different ways or ground into sausage or bratwursts of many different flavors. The butcher shops will walk you through that process.
You pay us for the animal and the butcher shop for the processing when you pick up the meat at their location.
