🍑 IT’S PEACH SEASON! 🍑

We were able to get our hands on 3 lugs of peaches!! We have made BIG batches of Peach Jam and Peach and tomato salsa and spicy peach and tomato salsa. We froze whole bunch as well so we can restock later on in the summer.

Peach Jam is always a crowd favorite! Come grab your jar from me this week at one these spots!

We were told by multiple people to make bigger caramel corn bags and we were able to get it done!

The big bags are equivalent to 3.5 times the small bag by weight.

🫑🌶️WE HAVE RESTOCKED SALSA! 🍅🧅

We were able to buy tomatoes from our vendor friends MmMmGOOD-hue Produce and Otter Creek Produce & Garden Center this week and we cooked up 4 types of salsa! Our house is split on which one is the favorite. Josh loves the Smoky chipotle and I’m pretty partial to the zesty salsa.

🤫 Ssshh! Don’t tell my family I made Mama’s caramel corn and they can’t have any. 🍿

It’s almost been a year since we unexpectedly lost Mama and we’ve been thinking and talking about her a lot lately. In her memory we made her caramel corn and are sharing it with others.

This stuff is the ✨golden✨standard at all our holidays. We hope you love it too.

Summer is berry picking season! Our homesteads’ strawberry patch is very tiny so instead we support other Iowa growers like Stewart Farm Produce. We will use all of these strawberries to make the strawberry jam and syrup we sell.
