By customer request, we turned fresh local strawberries from a fellow market vendor into Strawberry Jalapeño Jam! 🍓🌶️

It’s the perfect sweet heat—juicy strawberries upfront with a mild jalapeño kick on the finish. Great on toast, crackers and cream cheese, burgers, or charcuterie boards.

Today’s homestead victory? Three strawberries. 🍓🍓🍓

Not baskets. Not pounds. Just three tiny, perfect strawberries.

And honestly… they tasted like pure joy.

Starting a homestead from scratch teaches you to celebrate the small wins. Fruit takes patience!! These berries are two years in the making, but they are so worth it. ❤️
