This year's addition, to make the honey process easier/better... a 16 gallon heated bottling tank. A big improvement to filling jars out of 5gal buckets with a standard honey gate. Unfortunately, honey harvest is 4 months away, so I have to wait to use it.

Well... the ladies must not think we're in for much (more?) of a winter. Look at all of the pollen coming in. This was late afternoon, yesterday, 2/11/26 😳

This hive was the busiest of the 6. 3 others were bringing in pollen a little slower. The other 2 weren't very busy at all. That's why it's good to have several... to compare & contrast.

It's winter (emergency) feeding time! It looks like all of the hives are still alive 😁. See you, again, in a month or so...

This year's honey is on the shelf at Jackson Street Provisions!

New, this year... Honeycomb!! That's right! There is a limited supply of "Ross round" honeycombs, just in time for your holiday get-togethers.

As for honey... come & get all that you need. I have plenty more, on the shelf... for now.
