This is why we love running Cafè Vinci and seeing all the amazing customers come in and have a incredible experience. This is a message i got from John Catalano who was home last weekend from California and it put a huge smile on my face.

Ok:
Positive-
1. Service: Friendly, hard working and timely!! Side note- love that they kicked Billy out of the kitchen. A+
2. Food quality and variety
A+
3. Expenses- leaving light on all night? Mmmm. 😂
4. Fried Bologna, Tomato Pie and choc Pastich A+
5. Ventilation-think vent may have been overworked while Billy was cooking sandwiches. Once or teice heard people say a little smokey. I didn’t notice.
6. POS material, sauces and spices excellent!! A+

Billy, knew everyone that walked in. Unbelievable.

This Cafe will be a success. I loved it!!
Billy thanks for letting me lounge. My family enjoyed the time there!!

What a incredible night at Cafè Vinci with our 1st ever book reading and having my longest standing friend Francis DiClemente tell his story and answering questions. Thank you Fran for the incredible story and everyone who came out tonight. We got a picture of 4 guys who have been friends since elementary school days, Fran DiClemente, Phil Schillaci and Bob Taylor.

Today at the cafe, I made homemade gingerbread syrup, and put it into this gingerbread chai latte. This has a nice and warm bite to it. Not officially on the menu yet, but ask for gingerbread to add to your favorite drink!
