We were truly honored to host such an inspiring group today at BEK Restaurant! ✨
It was a pleasure welcoming Chef Aria Kagan and her World Cuisines students, alongside Dr. Sevin Gallo’s Honors World Civilization class from Brightwater. Bringing together food and history in such a meaningful way—exploring the rich cultural crossroads of Eurasia through Turkish, Uzbek, and Afghan cuisine—made this experience very special for us.
