One of our favorite Italian winemakers has just released something truly special: a spectacular olive oil. 🇮🇹✨

The label features a rhino drawing by Albrecht Dürer from 1515. Dürer had never seen a rhinoceros, not even a picture of one, but created it solely from a written description. For winemaker Giorgio Rivetti of La Spinetta, this symbolizes imagination, vision, and believing in what you can’t yet see.

Like Dürer, Rivetti built La Spinetta from nothing—no land, no winemaking legacy—only a dream.

We were lucky enough to receive a very limited amount of this olive oil. Don’t miss your chance to taste it! 🦏🌿
