Key Allegro Oyster Co. is now offering a paid 12-week training opportunity for individuals interested in becoming Oyster Techs.
 
This program is designed to train candidates in:
• Oyster processing & handling
• Equipment & gear construction
• Cleaning & sanitation procedures
• Pressure washing & operational support
• General land based production tasks
• Industry best practices & team operations
 
This position is:


 ✅ Paid training


  ✅ Hands on experience


  ✅ Based in Rockport, TX


Potential opportunity for long term placement upon completion.

Meet Dalton, a farm hand here at Key Allegro that absolutely crushes it and believes in what we’re doing as much as you could ever hope for. Dalton is a coastal Texas native, and really gets the positive impact that farming oysters can have in restoring and protecting oyster reefs. When he’s not quietly doing his tasks, would love to talk about beach fishing, or whatever wildlife was seen around the cages that day. Thanks for the great conversations and the great work, Dalton.
