When Wade Fishez comes to Rockport, you know we had to show him where the good stuff grows! 🦪🎣🌊

We had the pleasure of hosting Wade Fishez at Key Allegro Oyster Co. while he was in town for the Rockport Fulton Seafair this past weekend! Wade has built an incredible community around fishing, cooking, the outdoors, and taking the catch all the way from the water to the table. It’s fun to share the beauty of the Texas coast and the food it produces with someone who loves bringing great seafood to the table.

Sean Garcia with a quick story about what we get to see on the farm. There’s not tripletail populations in Texas like you’ll see in our neighboring states to the east, but an oyster farm is an attraction for all marine life, from sea squirts that grow on the lines to crabs, dolphins, and of course even tripletail. Always a weird and interesting fish to see bobbing around.

The support we've received from you all has been phenomenal, and the amount of phone calls we're getting for weekly oyster pickups has been fantastic. So, we are changing from set pickup times, to having you all schedule your preferred pickup date/time at checkout on our website. If you need to talk to us, you can call or text us as well (number below). For those who aren't within driving distance of the Rockport TX area, we apologize but we are not shipping direct at this time.
