Traditional loaves restocked, more mini bagels (mixed bags of apple butter, pumpkin spice and plain), Guinness loaves refilled, and of course Jalapeno cheddar.

Stop and grab a treat. Working on restocks for the week and prep for the weekend.

We can do these boards for fundraisers, small weddings, parties, holidays, etc. meats and cheese can always be added and other baked goods.

We have set up and everyone is already enjoying, lots of other foods, games, etc.

Bagels and loaves out until 7pm

We are just about to head over to the moose for this wonderful fundraiser. Doors open at 9 and Bingo starts at 10am.
Photos to come. Come and join it’s for our wonderful little Rochester Theater, and again who doesn’t like BINGO !!!!

Working on baked goods for the shed and fundraiser.
Mini bagels just out of the oven. About 100 of them done now in different flavors
(Apple butter, pumpkin spice, plain, and cinnamon chip and raisin)
Did a couple of special bagel pumpkins. For decor w/ fresh herbs straight from our garden

We will be open tomorrow 9am. Plain and jalapeño loaves doing their fermentation. Guinness, feta and olive, and a few other flavors going in tonight.

Happy 🐪 Day !!!!!

We will not be open today or tomorrow. This is going to give me extra hours to get items for both the shed and the fundraiser on Saturday. Otherwise with work, life, etc. I’ll be going until the wee hours and back up in the wee hours and I def need sleep too (this will probably happen anyway) Lol.
We will be back open Friday at our normal hours and all weekend. 9am-7pm.

Join us for the fundraiser (Saturday at 10am at the Moose) the theater brings so much to our little town let’s show some much needed support !!!! Plus it’s Bingo who doesn’t like Bingo !!!! 🥰🎉

Wow ❤️. Thank you everyone for a wonderful weekend. We almost sold out. Do have a few pumpkin rolls left, 3 muffins, and bread pudding and a few bagels left.
I will be starting to get item out for the week (mainly sourdough loaves) and prepping for the weekend.
This next Saturday we will be helping with a fundraiser at the moose for the Times Theater. I am going to put out a charcuterie style table w/ sourdough loaves, bagels, butter, apple butter, cheeses, pumpkin butter, and much more. That starts at 10am Saturday the 24th. I will add more info through the week and what will be out in the shed through the weekend and on Saturday.

It’s Saturday and we are open !!!! We have lots of goodies out and more coming.

Pumpkin Rolls and pumpkin Muffins w/ a cream cheese filling and candied pumpkin seeds, are out. Muffins are still hot so come and get some warm breakfast on this chilly fall morning.
Cinnamon rolls will be out later. The dough is being difficult due to the low temps and I didn’t turn up the heat last night. Will have our regular whipped honey butter and a pumpkin this weekend.
