WE NEED HELP… AND WE NEED IT NOW!

FARM FRESH MEATS IS HIRING TWO NEW TEAM MEMBERS!

It’s officially our BUSY SEASON, and business is booming! Between our wonderful retail customers, deer season, sausage making, and processing orders, our crew is working hard to keep up with the demand!

And here’s the truth… WE NEED MORE HANDS ON DECK!

We’re looking for TWO dependable, hardworking, enthusiastic individuals who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, stay busy, and become part of our Farm Fresh family!

POSITION #1: FULL-TIME RETAIL CLERK / DEER PROCESSING

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is willing to jump in wherever needed! Duties include assisting customers, retail sales, deer processing, sausage making, and helping our team keep things running smoothly.

POSITION #2: PART-TIME CLEANUP / PROCESSING HELP

25-35 HOURS PER WEEK

This position is essential to keeping our operation moving! Duties include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, maintaining work areas, assisting with deer processing, sausage production, and other daily tasks.

We need people who SHOW UP, WORK HARD, take pride in what they do, and understand the importance of teamwork. Experience is great, but a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn mean even more!

We're crossing our fingers that Hurricane Isaias turns out to be nothing serious BUT, out of an abundance of caution, Farm Fresh Meats will be CLOSED this Friday (10/9) and Saturday (10/10).

Our customers, employees, and friends and family mean the world to us and we'd rather give everyone a couple days to prepare and stay safe than take any chances!

Y'all take care of yourselves, look out for your neighbors, bring in your fur babies, and maybe throw something delicious on the grill before the weather rolls in.

We will be open from 8-5 today (Thursday 10/8) and will do our best to accommodate you any way we can!

WE'RE HIRING AT FARM FRESH MEATS!!
Two available, FULL-TIME positions:
1. Cleanup & Processing Help
2. Retail Clerk

RETAIL CLERK:
This isn’t your typical retail job. Around here, everybody pitches in! Along with taking care of our customers, this position will also get the opportunity to learn and help with many of the things we do behind the scenes.

Responsibilities will include:

• Waiting on customers and providing friendly, helpful service
• Operating the register and assisting customers with their purchases
• Stocking and keeping the retail area clean and organized
• Helping make sausage
• Assisting with deer processing during deer season
• Helping with other tasks wherever needed

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and willing to be part of a team.

Meat market or retail experience is a plus, but we’re happy to teach the right person who comes in ready to work and learn.

CLEANUP & PROCESSING HELP:
This is a hands-on position and a great opportunity for someone who likes staying busy and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. Duties will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining our processing equipment and work areas
• Helping with deer processing during deer season
• Assisting with sausage making and other meat processing
• Helping with general cleanup and sanitation
• Pitching in wherever our team needs an extra set of hands

No two days around here are exactly the same!

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, can work well with others, and understands that keeping a meat processing facility clean is an important part of what we do.

Experience is helpful, but a good work ethic and willingness to learn are even more important to us.

Today is a very special day at Farm Fresh Meats…

Today, we celebrate the 10 year Anniversary of our girl, Carol Ann Eggemeyer, working with us! Carol Ann consistently pours everything she has in to her job! She knows your name and probably your order right as you walk in the door! She never takes a day off, she always has a smile on her face and she works harder than most people I know.
