‼️We will NOT be at the Padre Island Farmers Market today.

However you CAN still get fresh microgreens on the Island at Cabana Pantry as well as Island Wellness & Nutrition !

We stock several different boxes, plus dog treats and DIY Grow Kits at Cabana Pantry - and Island Wellness has their exclusive 🏖️ Islander Sampler Boxes!

We were trying to make it to this market but this month has just been busy and we could not get it together 🙈😅 We'll be back at the PIFM market on May 28!

Cabana Pantry is open until 7pm on Thursdays (and 5pm most other days) and Island Wellness is open until 5.

Fresh & local microgreens are stocked at Beef & Bones Meat Market !

You know us from the Kingsville Farmers Market and from Bigfoot's Rockeaters but now you can find us at Beef & Bones!

We know people who shop at B&B have a appreciation of great foods and we think it's the perfect pairing 🙌🏼 Microgreens are perfect for topping anything - salads, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, past and more. Even if you are doing steak or pork chops, a little sprinkle of microgreens really makes the dish!

Our microgreens are grown locally, right here in Kleberg County, and are delivered fresh every Tuesday! We even have free samples stocked so you can try before you buy 😁

Whatever you are making this weekend for Mother's Day, I can just about guarantee our Mighty Mix can be added to it! 🌱

Our Mighty Mix is our most versatile variety. Actually it's 5 varieties in one and it goes with everything! It has Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula and Red Cabbage - the flavor is mild, yet complex.

Add it to casseroles, pasta, rice dishes, over eggs, in sandwiches and tacos or even garnish a fancy dish with it too!

If you haven't tried Mighty Mix yet, what are you waiting for?? Come on down to the tomorrow for the Mother's Day Craft Fair and get your craft fair goodies - and some microgreens too!

And we are fully re-stocked on our new Dehydrated Microgreens and our DIY Grow Kits too! (Psst, both of those can be great additions to mother's Day gifts!)

If you've ever wondered which of our Microgreen Salad Boxes to get, this post is for you!

Our Salad Boxes are a custom creation that we sort of tripped into several years ago. We wanted something that was unique and also made eating microgreens even easier. Our Salad Boxes take ALL the work out of it. You can just pop open the box, add a bit of dressing and maybe a few toppings and dig in!

Of course, that's only the start to how you can eat them. You can also add them to a host of other dishes too 🙌🏼

The Original Salad Box: Sunflower Shoots, Pea Shoots, Cantaloupe, Broccoli, Cabbage, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula, Red Cabbage, Turnip, Radish

You guys have asked and we are so excited to announce that you can now buy your microgreens at Beef & Bones Meat Market in Kingsville!! 🎉

Let us know what varieties you would like to see here! For this week, we stocked some Mighty Mix, Heart Blend, Broccoli and a couple of Original Salad Boxes 🌱

We even stocked samples so you can try them if you've never tried them before 😁

We'll be stocking here every Tuesday with freshly harvested microgreens, grown right here on our farm in Kleberg County.

We've missed being at the Kingsville Farmers Market but now you can stop by anytime (Tues-Sat!) and grab not only microgreens but everything else you need for dinner. Be sure to check out their selection of meats as well as other goodies like buns, cheese, salsas, sauces and more!

Need a budget stretcher? I know we sure do 😅

These boxes are the most bang for your buck!

💪🏼 The Mighty Mix is a large $11 box but it has 15% more microgreens than our other large boxes AND the Mighty Mix is by far our most versatile 'green. You can add it to pretty much anything and with a mild flavor, it usually blends in pretty well!

🌻 Our Sunflower Shoots come in the same size box but is actually only the price of our small boxes - $6! We get such a great yield off of Sunflower that we are able to package much more for the same price. Plus Sunflower is robust and filling. It's a great snack, great addition to salads and smoothies. You can even pack some in the kids lunch box!

🫛 Not pictured, but definitely a budget stretcher, is our Pea Shoots. Same situation as the Sunflower Shoots, we get a great yield on this so we get to pass that on. Pea Shoots have a very mild green/pea flavor. Another good one for snacking and salads but we especially love this on in a wrap because it's long and skinny so it lays in the wrap perfectly!

We keep a good supply of Mighty Mix and Sunflower Shoots in stock so you can pretty always find those at markets and available for delivery (even last minute delivery orders!)
