Everyone chases the prime cuts.

We will celebrate the cuts that butchers know, chefs love, and most people walk right past. Paired with a bright, herb-packed chimichurri made fresh during the demonstration, these overlooked cuts proved that flavor doesn’t care about popularity.

Sometimes the best bite isn’t the most expensive one—it’s the one with a story.

Ready for the next taste-and-teach experience? Reserve your seat today—tickets are limited and our demonstrations often sell out.

🚜. Every sunrise, every harvest, every long day in the field reminds us of that. Farming isn’t about taking the easy road—it’s about showing up, season after season, so our community has a place to gather, learn, and share a meal.

The work is hard, but feeding people has always been worth it.

Thank you for supporting local agriculture and the families who keep it growing. 🌱

People are just discovering that herb flowers are edible.

Here on the farm, we’ve been harvesting them for years. Chive blossoms, basil flowers, dill blooms—beautiful, flavorful, and far too good to waste.

Nothing goes to waste when you know what the land provides.

Have you ever tasted an herb flower? Let us know below.

300 plates deep and the pans still kept moving for the Rose Soirée
Our Asparagus Patch Orzo hit the line all night long — asparagus purée folded into tender orzo, topped with sautéed mushrooms and capers, served plate by plate with the heart of the farm kitchen.

And somewhere between the steam, the service, and the stories shared across the tables, we raised a Bushmills toast to hard work, good people, and another night worth remembering. 🥃🌾

This is what farm hospitality looks like — honest food, long days, and full tables.

2016 wasn’t perfect—but it was powerful.
Family grew stronger through change.
We felt pride watching our son step into who he was becoming.
There were moments of joy, laughter, and togetherness we’ll always carry.
And there was loss—friends and mothers whose last season we were grateful to share.
That year taught us how fragile and meaningful time really is.
Every photo holds a lesson, a memory, and a piece of who we became.
