Ashland Produce Ashland Produce our garden has turned into 30 acres of fun! We grow a lot of pumpkins, sweet corn, tomatoes, and great veggies.

Pie pumpkins 2 for $5

Winter squash- full bin of spaghetti, butternut, acorn, delicata ($1 per pound) and banana ($.50 per pound)

Potatoes - russets, reds and yellows
Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, beans, zucchini and summer squash.

Come and see us. Self serve all day payment by Venmo, late afternoons and Saturday we will be here to help.

Garden clean out and pumpkins

With the rain and cooler weather next week we are cleaning out the garden today and tomorrow. With that we will be running the following specials:
Bell peppers 2 for $1
Anaheim, Jalapeno, snack bells 4 for $1
Zucchini and summer squash $1 per pound
Pickling cucumbers $2 per pound
Slicing cucumbers 2 for $1

Plenty of pumpkins for you to come get while the weather is good in the patch or around our home.

Potato harvest and pumpkins!

Potato harvest is in full swing. Brought home 8 boxes of russets last night from Nathan and they look good! As we finish his potatoes we will get working on the reds, yellows, and huckleberry golds here at the house. Have a few ready now.

Pumpkin patch is open and good. Hours of availability this week:
Oct 1 4-7
Oct 2 2-7
Oct 3 10-7
When we are not available, the patch is self serve with payment by Venmo and cash.

Peas
Onions
Peppers
Winter squash
Cucumbers
Limited amount of green beans
Tomatoes (more just a few pounds, pre order and we will pick them for you.

Last markets, pumpkins, potatoes and more.

This Friday is the final Rexburg market day and Saturday will be our last time at the Idaho Falls market. Come and stock up or plan to visit us at our home in the coming weeks.

Pumpkin patch is ready and open! With work and harvest schedules, the times the patch will be manned are reduced this year. Mostly evenings and Saturdays. We will have the Venmo scan out by the mailbox so you can come help yourself at anytime. When you catch us at home we will be happy to assist you.

Starting to harvest storage potatoes, yellows, reds and the famous Huckleberry Golds. Come get your box soon or message us and we will bring one for you to the markets.

Tomatoes and pickling cucumbers are still produce for your canning needs.

Also available at markets and by request: peas, beans, onions, peppers, winter and summer squash.

Down to the last 2 rows of sweet corn. Will have it at Rexburg this afternoon and Idaho Falls tomorrow. Come and get the last of sweet goodness!

Great supply of cucumbers for the pickles you still want to do.

Tomatoes have a good supply for the weekend.

Also will have at the market: peas, beans, zucchini, mini pumpkins, winter squash, potatoes, onions and more.

Pumpkin patch hope to open next week fully.

What’s available this weekend?

Green beans are back on the menu along with our fall peas.

Sweet corn will be at markets and ready for your enjoyment.

Tomatoes- we have 120 pounds available.

Onions, potatoes, peppers, zucchini, summer squash, winter squash, mini pumpkins all available as well.

How did you spend Labor Day?

We put up sweet corn in the freezer (40 bags, one for each week we won’t eat fresh corn) and for the first time we made pickles! After growing pickling cucumbers for close to 20 years and selling 1000’s of pounds over those years, we decided to make ourselves some pickles. Pretty easy and quick.

This is the final patch of sweet corn that we picked from today, only 10 rows remain. The rest of this week into first of next is still a good time to put up some corn.

Cucumbers generally start to wind down about now, so contact us if you need them.

Potatoes (reds, yellows and Huckleberry golds) are ready to go in storage boxes for your eating pleasure. Chopped 8 rows 3 weeks ago and chopped the last 4 rows today.

Onions, peppers, zucchini, summer squash, and peas all still producing.

Aug 19 update

Sweet corn is doing well. Half done with the crop. Picking 274A and Serendipity.

Tomatoes are doing better. Should have a fair amount at markets.

Cucumbers are in their prime. Picking 60-70 pounds per day for your pickles.

Onions, potatoes, summer squash, zucchini, peppers all available.

Beans are tired and peas have blossoms for our fall crop.

Find us at Rigby, Rexburg and Idaho Falls farmers markets.
