What’s happening at this Sunday?

This week, we’re back to highlighting the basics: our Rustic Italian Loaf.

A simple, satisfying white bread, made with a slow-fermented poolish of local organic flour. Each loaf is shaped by hand - no easy task with this high-hydration dough - then given a final slow proof before a steamy ride in our oven. The result: a crisp crust that seals in all that bready goodness, with a soft, moist crumb inside.

Try our basics today — and don’t forget our gluten-free assortment and seasonal croissants, Strawberry Rhubarb & Asparagus Feta, here only for the short season of peak freshness!
