Holiday Rib roast. Slathered in Worcestershire sauce, salted heavily with kosher sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, coated with a horseradish rub with rosemary, thyme, and minced garlic. Cooked at 220F for 4 hrs until internal temp hit 120F. Pulled and increased heat to 450F and seared for 8 mins. Let rest for 60 mins then sliced and served.
